  2. Public Performance, Streaming, and Recording
    Use of the Hymn Player for public performances, streaming (online or offline), or recording is strictly subject to valid licensing. This includes, but is not limited to, use in churches, schools, public events, livestreams, or any setting where hymns are played for an audience beyond private personal use.
    It is your sole responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights from relevant copyright holders, performance rights organizations (e.g., PRS, CCLI, OneLicense, etc.), or other governing bodies before using Hymn Player in any public context.
    Hymn Player is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorised public use of the Service.
  3. Subscription Use and Account Sharing
    Subscriptions to Hymn Player are intended solely for the use of the individual or organisation that initially registered. Account sharing across multiple organisations, churches, or users outside the subscribing entity is strictly prohibited.
    Each organisation or user must maintain their own separate subscription. Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
  4. Intellectual Property
    All content provided by the Service, including music files, arrangements, software, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Hymn Player or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
  5. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that harms others or disrupts the platform.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hymn Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
